Val was born and raised in Vancouver. She has held many titles at Pacific Law Group: mailroom clerk, legal assistant, and now paralegal.

Val studied broadcast journalism before attending Capilano University to obtain her paralegal certificate. She works primarily in the areas of insurance and personal injury litigation, but dabbles in commercial litigation, family, and estate law.

Val is also the resident tech person at PLG and enjoys assisting her colleagues with day-to-day technical troubleshooting. When not working, she can be found spending time with family, trying out new recipes, or working on her golf swing.
