What clients say:
“James Gill represented me in my ICBC claim after I had been injured in a car accident. I was facing a difficult situation in that my injuries were preventing me from returning to my previous level of work. This caused significant financial constraints. On top of this, dealing with the insurance company was becoming increasingly difficult for me to do on my own. Once I retained James, he dealt with the insurance company on my behalf and he advocated for my rights and entitlements. I felt that James sincerely listened to my concerns throughout, which made me feel much more comfortable with the whole process. In the end, I was very happy with the level of service from James and the settlement he negotiated for me.”
